Samford RDA’s 2026 program is now underway at Samford Showgrounds following the centre’s two month summer break. Some 60 participants from across Moreton Bay City Council and Brisbane City Council catchments are enrolled in the program which supports both adults and children with a disability. Major improvements to Samford RDA’s covered mounting area are on the drawing board following a $100,000 grant from the Queensland Government. Recently Cameron from Grassforce began a program to give our paddocks some much needed love and attention. Looking towards some rain soon, Cameran brought out the heavy hitting equipment to put down much needed lime and then ran his twin row aeration equipment with 130HP tractor across our agisted paddocks to breath some much needed life into them.
