Spring Fling Hoedown SIX Days to go

Saturday September 12 is the night! It's less than six days until Samford RDA’s Spring Fling Hoedown – but don't worry, there is still time to get your tickets! - Tickets close Wednesday 9th at 5pm however they are still available at the door.

This old style bush dance is a major fundraising activity to support our participants, programs and horses. It will be held under cover at the Jenny O’Malley Arena at Samford Showgrounds from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.

Beefa’s Bush Band will set the tempo for the evening with a mix of traditional bush dance music and popular ‘bushed up’ songs plus a dance caller to help everyone on the dance floor have a great time. There will also be a soft-play area for children and a host of games and activities for everyone.

Guests on the night can bring grazing platters, and the Golden Valley Keperra Lions will offer a BBQ. A cash bar will sell wine, beer and soft drinks, however no BYO drinks are permitted.

Samford RDA is grateful for the vital support of all our sponsors, donors and suppliers. Without this support, events like this would not be possible.

We thank: Drakes IGA Samford, Samford Jewellers, Total Fusion Platinum, Ariat, Brisbane Broncos, Councillors Cath Tonks and Ellie Smith (City of Moreton Bay), State Member Nikki Boyd, Federal Member Ali France, Amy Sargeantson Chocolate Maker, Emma Dazzouret Art, Samford Hotel, Kenilworth Bakery, Brisbane Racing Club, City Cave Everton Park, Bunnings Warehouse Keperra and the Lupton and Furner families. The City of Moreton Bay Council has also provided a grant for stage and dance floor.

Thanks also to event suppliers: Superb Party Hire, BJ's sound and lighting and Desire Picnic Hire.
