NEW FOR 2025

Samford Riding for the Disabled manages many aspects across our operation. Apart from the cost to manage horses (feeds and vets) we must maintain our Olympic size covered arena and all the surrounding paddocks, fences, water supply and machinery. We also have a 'holiday paddock' (6 hectares) a ten minute drive away that requires maintenance throughout the year.

 

As a registered charity and accredited Riding for the Disabled Australia (RDAA) facility, we depend on community support in many forms. Volunteers are the backbone of daily operations but sponsors make the centre viable. What we do is vital, valuable and effective.

A Centre Sponsor may be a Company or Corporation, a private person or family or other large organisation. They will receive signage on our arena roof facia, facing the access road and the annual Samford Show weekend, graphics and text here and on every page as well as mentions in our media with the Samford Village Pump Newspaper and our Facebook page. Banners will be shown on competition days or other event days as they fall. Other recognition practices can be discussed.
